Nautic Patrol

Summer is a busy time for boating on beautiful Brome Lake. We take safety on the water as seriously as we take safety across our territory.



The Town's patrol boat has been deployed on the lake during high-traffic periods since the 1980s. The job of the patrol is to enforce speed limits and to ensure that all boats are carrying required safety equipment. The patrol will also now be checking that all motorboat and jet ski drivers have a valid Operator Competency Card.
