Family Policy
Town of Brome Lake officially launched its Family Policy on December 12, 2008.The aim of this three-year action plan is to help the Town better meet the needs of local families. The policy applies to everything the Town does, from recreation to public works.
Why a Family Policy?
Because Town of Brome Lake values families. We want to take concrete steps to make this a community where many generations thrive together.
Our goals are
- to maintain and improve the quality of life of Town of Brome Lake's families;
- to attract new families to the Town; and
- to ensure the sustainable economic and social development of the Town in the long term.

Quality of Life
The diversity of lifestyles offered by the different sectors mean families can choose a home that suits them in the heart of a village or on a quiet country lane.
Access to Services
Already, the Town has made significant investments in recreational programs and infrastructures, as well as building a medical clinic and attracting new health and social services at the heart of the community.
Choice in Education
New educational projects being developed in both schools offer a rich learning experience to our children.
