Food Bank

The Food Bank in Town of Brome Lake is run by local volunteers.

If you need food:

Monthly Food Baskets

If this is the first time you are using the food bank, please come to the Centre Lac-Brome during our office hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to noon and 1 to 4:30 pm). There is a short form for you to fill out.
Food can be picked up once a month, on the third Friday of the month between 9:30 and 10:30 am.
If you need food, call the Centre at 450-242-2020. You must call by the Wednesday before the pick-up date.
The receptionist will ask for your name, and how many adults and children there are in your household.
Please bring your own bags when you come to get your food.

Emergencies
If you need food between monthly pick-ups, you can call the Centre during office hours at 450-242-2020. We try to deal with emergency requests on the same day.

If you would like to donate food:

Please bring non-perishable goods to the Centre Lac-Brome during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to noon and 1 to 4:30 pm).
We are unable to accept homemade items, for food safety reasons.
