The demand for access to information, a right of every citizen.

Any person may, under the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information (RSQ, c A-2.1), request access to a document held by Town of Brome Lake .

How to Apply for Access to Information

  • The request for access to information MUST be made in WRITING by completing the following online form.
  • The person responsible for access requests must respond to your request within 20 days of receipt of the completed form, but an extension of 10 days may be granted in certain cases.
  • Photocopies may be required.
