Burning Permit Application Form

Whenever you wish to make an open fire whether it is a campfire or to burn branches on your land, you MUST apply for a fire permit. Any open fire without a permit is liable to a fine.

During certain times of the year when the risk of fire is high, you may not be able to obtain a permit.

The burning permit application is the official document used by the Fire Departments of Brome Lake to authorize burning combustible materials.

Make sure that you consult the Open Air Fires And Fireworks By-Law and the safety index of SOPFEU on their website http://sopfeu.qc.ca

No burning permits will be issued until further notice starting Sunday March 29th, 2020.
