On April 7, certain provisions of Draft By-law 596-20 to amend Zoning By-law 596 were adopted, as they did not obtain the minimum number of signatures required by law to be submitted to the referendum process.
Other proposed provisions will, however, be subject to a register, a preliminary step prior to holding a referendum.
The register will be available on Friday, April 24, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., at the Centre Lac-Brome.
Below is the list of provisions subject to a register, the affected zones, as well as links to the public notice and the corresponding draft by-law.
